Vehicle strikes I-20 guardrail

Traffic in the westbound lane of Interstate 20 east of the Clay Street overpass was blocked Saturday after the front end of a van went through a guardrail. Debris is reported near Old Highway 27 also as Vicksburg Police Department and the Vicksburg Fire Department work the accident, which reportedly does not have any injuries. The accident happened around 2 p.m. Saturday, and the van did not leave the roadway. Several accidents were reported throughout the day, suspected to be caused by the rainfall in the area.
