Patsy Williams Mullins, a lifelong resident of Vicksburg, passed away on Sunday, Jan. 20, 2019, at Mississippi Baptist Medical Center. She was 85. 

Services will be held at 12 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 26, at Frank J. Fisher Funeral Home with Gaylan McGregor officiating. Interment will follow at Cedar Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be on Saturday from 10 a.m. until the hour of service.
