Mrs. Carmen D. Brinkley passed away on May 16, 2019 in Dallas, Texas. She was 47.

Funeral Services will be held at 12:30 p.m. on Saturday, May 25, 2019 at New Mt. Pilgrim Missionary Baptist Church. Interment will follow at Cedar Hill Cemetery under the direction of Lakeview Memorial Funeral Home. 

Visitation will be held on Friday, May 24, 2019 from 1-7 p.m. at Lakeview Memorial Funeral Home.
