Willie “Junior” Shaw Jr.
BUDE — Willie “Junior” Shaw Jr. died June 3, 2019, at the Bluffs Nursing Home. He was 89.
He was born, Feb. 9, 1930, and was an Army veteran of the Korean War.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Willie Shaw Sr. and Jesse Curtis.

Survivors include his loving wife, Pamela Shaw; children, Victor Shaw and Roland Shaw, both of Altoona, Pa., Estella Van Valen of Atlanta, Ga., and Jalisia Shaw of Vicksburg; and nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.

Services will be 11 a.m. Saturday, June 15, at Sweet Home Baptist Church in Bude, with burial at Mount Olive Cemetery.

Visitation will be at the church from 9 a.m. until the service.

Keithan T. Ward
Mr. Keithan T. Ward, 21, passed away Friday, June 7, 2019, at Merit Health River Region.
Survivors include his parents, Freda Gaskin and James Ward; sister, Kemi Ward; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral Services will be 1 p.m. Sunday, June 16, at the Vicksburg City Auditorium with the Rev. Dellie C. Robinson officiating. Burial will follow at New Zion Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery.
Visitation will be Saturday from 1 to 7 p.m. at Lakeview Memorial Funeral Home with the family present from 6 to 7 p.m.
