Rosie Lee Vickers Ashley passed away Saturday, July 13, 2019 at the home of her son in Utica.  She was 103.

Services will be 2:30 p.m. Tuesday, July 16, at Frank J. Fisher Funeral Home with pastor Jeff Ashley officiating.  Interment will follow at Cedar Hill Cemetery.

Visitation will be Tuesday from 1 p.m. until the hour of service at the funeral home.
