Funeral services for Eric Morris “Butch” Harris will be 11 a.m. Saturday, July 27, at Shiloh M. B. Church with the Rev. Dr. Willie J. Jones officiating.

Interment will follow under the direction of W. H. Jefferson Funeral Home. Visitation will be Friday at the funeral home from 6 to 7 p.m. 

Mr. Harris passed away Friday, July 19, at Merit Health River Region following a lengthy illness. He was 56. He was a member of the Shiloh M. B. Church, where he was a member of the choir.

He was preceded in death by his mother Lucille Harris.  

He is survived by his brother, Freddie Harris of Vicksburg; and his sister, Mary Lee Sally of Los Angeles, Calif.
