Mrs. Bernice W. Carter passed away on Aug. 25, 2019 at her home. She was 83.

Services will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 31, 2019 at Mount Carmel Ministries with Rev. Mitchell Dent officiating.

Interment will follow at Cedar Hill Cemetery under the direction of Lakeview Memorial Funeral Home.

Visitation will be Friday, Aug. 30, 2019 at Lakeview Memorial Funeral Home from 1-7 p.m. with family present from 5-7 p.m.
