Warren Central’s volleyball team used a high-powered offense to climb back to .500 on Tuesday.

Aryn Greer had 11 kills and five aces, Abby Claire Fuller added 15 assists, five aces and four kills, and Warren Central beat crosstown rival Vicksburg 3-1.

Warren Central (2-2) finished the match with 27 kills and 31 aces as a team. Haley Oldenburg served eight aces, while Teyanna Monroe and Maddi Watkins had six kills apiece.

Warren Central will travel to face Clinton Thursday at 5:30 p.m. in its division opener.

Vicksburg will host Terry Thursday at 6 p.m.
