JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Col. Frank Excel Marley Jr., a former resident of Vicksburg, passed away Aug. 27, 2019, in Jacksonville. 

He was a graduate of Rosa A. Temple High School, Class of 62.

Funeral service for Col. Marley will be Friday, Sept. 6, 2019, at 9 a.m. at the Jacksonville National Cemetery with full Military Honors.
