Paul Victor Waddell of Vicksburg passed away Wednesday, Sept. 4, 2019.  He was 63. 

Services will be 10 a.m. Monday, Sept. 9, at Frank J. Fisher Funeral Home.  Interment will follow at Greenlawn Gardens Cemetery.  Visitation will be Monday from 9 a.m. until the hour of service at the funeral home.
