Sheriff’s Office makes multiple arrests in August burglaries

Two people have been charged with burglary and a third with possession of a weapon after felony conviction in connection with two burglaries that occurred in August in Warren County.

Warren County Sheriff Martin Pace said Cody Alan Dogan, 22, and Marshall Drake Davidson, 19, are each charged with one count of commercial burglary and one count of residential burglary.

Davidson’s father, Mark Davidson, 52, is charged with possession of a weapon after felony conviction.

Dogan was arrested Sept. 18. The Davidsons were arrested Sept. 19. Dogan gave a Culkin Road address, while the Davidsons list an Egan Avenue address.

All have been released on bond from the Warren County Jail.

The commercial burglary involves the Aug. 7 break-in of a storage shed in the 13000 block of U.S. 61 North in which tools and ammunition were taken. The residential burglary involves the theft of firearms from a home in the 11000 block of Deer Creek Road.

Mark Davidson was arrested after deputies found a stolen firearm in the house where he and his son lived.

In an unrelated case, Kevin Caton, age and address not listed, was arrested Monday in connection with the theft of several firearms from a home in 100 block of Windham Drive. He was released on bond.
