Funeral services for Dematric Lamar Clark will be 1 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 3, at House of Peace Worship Church with pastor Linda Sweezer officiating.

Interment will follow at Cedar Hill Cemetery under the direction of W. H. Jefferson Funeral Home.

Dematric Lamar Clark passed away Sept. 21. He was 36 and worked at McDonald’s. He was of the Baptist faith.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Mack Simpson and Catherine Clark.  

He is survived by his three sons, Malik Berry and Dematric L. Clark Jr. and Malachi Berry of Vicksburg; his daughter Mia Clark of Vicksburg; his three brothers, Andrew Clark of Waterloo, Iowa, David Clark of Vicksburg and James Clark of Arlington, Texas; his three sisters, JoAnna Jones, Elizabeth Babar and Thina Spates, all of Vicksburg; and 1 grandchild.
