Two charged for shooting incident on Redbone Road

Two Vicksburg residents face charges of shooting into an occupied dwelling after an incident Tuesday on Redbone Road.

Freddie Walker, 27, 1916 East Main St., and Ashley Hudson, 32, 1916 East Main St., are accused of shooting into a house in the 600 block of Redbone Road.

They are being held without bail in the Madison County Jail pending an initial appearance Thursday in Vicksburg Municipal Court.

According to police reports, the occupant of the house told officers responding to a call of shots fired that the two men shot into her home after an argument. They were later taken into custody.

In other cases:

• A radio with navigation system was reported taken from a Dodge Ram 1500 pickup at Atwood Chevrolet, 2339 North Frontage Road.
