Celebration of Life has been scheduled for Arthur Lee Bell on Saturday, Feb. 15, 2020, at 11 a.m. at Living Word Baptist Church 1401 Farmer St.

Arthur died Feb. 9, 2020, at his residence in Vicksburg. He was 80.

Services are being provided by C J Williams Mortuary Services.
