Entergy will continue providing power service amidst the COVID-19 outbreak.

“On behalf of Entergy, I just want to say that we will continue to provide reliable power to the communities that we serve which keeps our homes, businesses, organizations and medical teams running,” Entergy Customer Service Representative Sheila McKinnis said. “Entergy service disconnections are stopped.”

McKinnis shared the news on a call with the Vicksburg Warren County Chamber of Commerce Thursday morning. The conference call brought a group together to discuss updates on the COVID-19 virus, related recommendations and steps being taken at the state and local level to support small businesses.
