Clear Creek Golf Course is closing its pro shop, but will remain open for play as it continues to adjust to the ongoing coronavirus outbreak.

In a Facebook message posted Tuesday, course superintendent Brice McLendon said beginning Wednesday golfers must call ahead to reserve a tee time and purchase all necessary items such as balls, gloves, carts and snacks.

Clear Creek’s phone number is 601-638-9395.

Payment will be by credit card only. The purchased items will then be left in a reserved cart ahead of the tee time.

The clubhouse will also be closed, but restrooms on the course will be open and cleaned regularly.

Other policies in effect limit carts to single riders, with an exception for family members, and a required tee time to play.
