Paul E. Rachal, of Vicksburg, passed away on Sunday, April 12, 2020. He was 93.

A private graveside service will be held Wednesday, April 15 at 2 p.m. at Cedar Hill Cemetery under the direction of Fisher-Riles Funeral Home.
