Patricia Ann Thomas Grigsby

Patricia Ann Thomas Grigsby of Vicksburg died peacefully at home Friday, April 24, 2020. She was born in Marshall, Mo., Feb. 21, 1941.

She was preceded in death by her infant son, John Edward Grigsby Jr.

She is survived by her husband of 62 years, Charles Edward Grigsby Sr.; her children, Cheryl G. Lindigrin (John) of Vicksburg, Cynthia G. Landry of Maringouin, La., and Charles Edward Grigsby, Jr. (Tina) of St. Mary’s, Ga.; grandchildren, Anelyse Cynthia Jacobs (Robert), Brandy Ann Pitts, Terry Glen Wooten (Amy), Jennifer Marie VanSchaak, Jessica Michelle Carlson (John), Dustin Lane Landry, Ashley Michelle Crum (Keith), and John Patrick Grigsby; her great-grandchildren, Robert Keegan Jacobs, II, Ann Thomas Jacobs, Julia Blake Jacobs, Anthony Dalton Nowell, Jr., Liliyanna Glenn Wooten, Grady Lane Landry, Annabelle Grace Carlson, Colton John Carlson and Colby Anson Carlson; her beloved sister-in-law, Shelia Grigsby Lunsford; and numerous nieces and nephews.

She worked for many years at the Haven House Women’s Shelter in Vicksburg.

A private family service will be held in Slater, Mo. at a later date.
