The city’s current shelter-in-place order expires Monday, May 11 at 8 a.m., the same time that the state’s order is set to expire.

In the current order, restaurants are restricted to curbside, pickup or drive-through services only. Dine-in and outdoor dining services are restricted currently by both the state and city orders.

Reeves’ new order also allows outdoor recreation facilities to reopen and increases the size of gatherings allowed from 10 to 20.
