VIDEO: Man walks along downtown Vicksburg street discharging weapon

A man has been arrested and charged with a number of crimes following a disturbing event in downtown Vicksburg early Sunday.

Jacob D. Morgan, 30, is seen in the accompanying video going to his truck in the city parking lot on Washington Street, retrieving a gun and then walking down the street yelling and discharging the weapon into the air. Jacques’s Bar was ordered closed for the time being.

He has since been arrested and charged with weapon discharge, disorderly conduct, disturbing the peace and public drunkenness.
