Mr. James A. Higgins Jr. passed away June 4, 2020, at St. Dominic Hospital in Jackson. He was 64.

Funeral Services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, June 13, 2020, at the Vicksburg City Auditorium. Burial will follow at Cedar Hill Cemetery under the direction of Lakeview Memorial Funeral Home.

Visitation will be Friday, June 12, 2020, from 2 to 6 p.m. at Lakeview Memorial Funeral Home.
