Funeral services for Monique Ford will be Sunday, June 14, at 11 a.m. in the chapel of W. H. Jefferson Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Cedar Hill Cemetery.
Following the directions of the Mayor’s office, we are asking that the attendees be limited to 50 percent capacity of the chapel. Visitation will be Saturday, June 13 at the funeral home from 6 to 7 p.m. with social distancing guidelines being observed.
Monique Ford passed away Saturday, June 6, at her home surrounded by family after a brief illness. She was 34. She had worked as a security guard and was a member of the Trinity Temple M.B. Church.
She is survived by her parents Ronnie and Margaret Ford Sr.; her son, Marquis Ford; her brothers, Ronnie Tolliver, Rodney Ford and Marcus Ford; and her sister, Radeira Ford, all of Vicksburg.
