Weather ahead provides plenty of warm, sunny days

If you like hot sunny days with little to no chance of rain, then you are going to love the next few days in Warren County.
According to the forecast from the National Weather Service in Jackson, residents can expect high temperatures at or slightly above 90 degrees each day, with lows hovering around 70 each night.
And the forecast for the week gives little to worry about in regards to any rain ruining those outdoor plans you have through Saturday.
But while rain is likely not on the agenda for this week, June so far has seen slightly higher rain amounts than normal, continuing a trend Warren County has seen throughout the year thus far.
Through Monday, Warren County has seen 2.78 inches of rain, compared to the 1.81-inch average. For the year, Warren County has received 41.29 inches of rain, far higher than the normal 27.11 inches. Last year at this time, Warren County had received 33.08 inches of rain.
