Vicksburg man charged with rape, kidnapping and aggravated assault

A Vicksburg man has been arrested in connection to a sexual assault that took place Tuesday.

Officers with the Vicksburg Police Department arrested Darrell Hill, 41, on charges stemming from a sexual assault that occurred Tuesday near Alcorn Drive.

Hill is charged with one count each of rape, kidnapping and aggravated assault.

He will be held in the Issaquena County Jail without bond until he appears in Municipal Court Monday.
