John Carson Sr., a Vicksburg resident, passed away on Sunday, Dec. 6, 2020, at G.V. Sonny Montgomery Veterans Hospital following a brief illness. He was 96.

Funeral arrangements are incomplete with W.H. Jefferson Funeral Home in charge.
