Mr. Henry E. Phillips Sr. passed away on March 31, 2021, at Merit Health River Region. He was 79.

Graveside services will be Saturday, April 10, 2021, at 11 a.m. at Cedar Hill Cemetery under the direction of Lakeview Memorial Funeral Home.

Visitation will be Friday, April 9, 2021, at Lakeview Memorial Funeral Home from 1 until 6 p.m., with the family present from 5 to 6 p.m.
