William “Lightning” Majors passed away on Nov. 29 in Edwards, Miss., at the age of 71.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, Dec. 11 at Mt. Moriah Church Cemetery in Edwards. A public visitation will be held on Friday, Dec. 10 at Willis and Sons Funeral Home in Jackson, Miss.
