Intersection at Monroe and First East streets to be all-way stop

Beginning March 3, the intersection of Monroe Street and First East Street will become an all-stop intersection, according to information from Vicksburg traffic department officials.

An all-stop intersection means traffic on both streets will have to come to a full stop before moving through the intersection.
