Vicksburg & Warren County to trick-or-treat on Thursday, Oct. 31 from 5:30 to 8 p.m.

The Vicksburg Police Department and the Warren County Sheriff’s Office announced today that the city of Vicksburg and Warren County will officially celebrate Halloween on Thursday, Oct. 31 with trick-or-treating from 5:30 to 8 p.m.
