Angela Sanders Cotton, age 61, passed away at Merit Health River Region Sunda,y, Feb. 9, 2025 after a long illness.

She is survived by two sons, Jesse Sanders and Zachary Cotton, both of Vicksburg; brother, Brian Sanders; sister, Sharon Dever; and loving nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Willard Sanders and Grace Ford; son, Donald Pickle; sister Karen Sanders; and brother, Jay W. Sanders.

A memorial service will be held at Hawkins United Methodist Church, 3736 Halls Ferry Road, Vicksburg, MS Saturday, March 1, 2025. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to noon with services to follow at noon.

The family wishes to thank Dr. Paul Pierce, Physician Assistant Laura Burris, Dr. Samuel Pierce, and Physician Assistant Morgan Caulfield for their care and compassion.
