JACKSON – The Driver Service Bureau (DSB) is currently experiencing significant technical issues at all locations statewide due to a recent system upgrade from our vendor. While all locations remain open, wait times are considerably longer than usual, with some transactions taking up to one hour to complete instead of the typical six to seven minutes.

The DSB encourages customers to delay their visit if possible. For those who must visit a location, DSB said they should be prepared for extended wait times.

“Our team is working closely with our vendor to resolve this issue as quickly as possible,” the DSB said in a release. “We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience during this time.

“We will work with our state and local partners to address any issues with licenses or credentials that may have expired during this time period,” the release continued. “Please continue to monitor our website and social media for additional updates.”
