During Tuesday’s regular meeting of the Board of Mayor and Aldermen, city officials recognized Marilyn “Rosie” Edwards for 30 years of service to the city’s gas department.

Edwards began working for the City of Vicksburg in 1995. She was honored during Tuesday’s meeting with a certificate of achievement from Mayor George Flaggs Jr., Ward 1 Alderman Thomas “T.J.” Mayfield and Ward 2 Alderman Alex Monsour.
