With a busy slate of events on tap all weekend in Vicksburg, WJTV’s Walt Grayson and Ken South were on location at Key City Brewery Friday afternoon for the “Your Hometown” segment’s second visit to the River City.

Highlighting communities across its viewing area, the Jackson-based program aired Friday’s live segment in front of a crowd hoisting signs promoting Vicksburg and welcoming Grayson and company back to town.

During the segment, Grayson interviewed Mayor George Flaggs Jr., Visit Vicksburg Executive Director Laura Beth Strickland and others about the upcoming events across the River City. Additionally, Grayson touched on other Vicksburg happenings, including bicentennial celebration events and the recent opening of Fun Lanes Bowling Center in Vicksburg Mall.
