Alice Mae Parkerson

Alice Mae Parkerson, 77, of Vicksburg, Mississippi, passed away peacefully Monday, May 5, 2025, surrounded by her loving family. Alice was born November 18, 1947, in Vicksburg to the late Thomas and Evelyn Rivers.

After her retirement from the banking industry, Alice spent her time with family and friends,as well as her faithful Yorkie companion Lola. She enjoyed bowling, reading, and spending time with her husband on their motorcycle. She was a woman of faith and gave her life to Jesus.

Alice was preceded in death by her late siblings Mary Jane, George Thomas, Willie Frank Sr., Jessie Marie, Mack Earnest, Robert Harry, David Earl and Rita Faye. Alice is survived by her husband, Billy (PK) Parkerson; their children, Tommy Parkerson and Dana Wischer (Bobby); her grandchildren, Brennan (Ashley), Tyler (Mia), Raven (Nick), Kyrielle (Christopher) and Adin; and eight great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her brother, Billy Paul Sr.

Visitation will be held at Fisher-Riles Funeral home Thursday, May 8, from noon to 2 p.m., followed by a graveside service at Greenlawn Cemetery.
