The Vicksburg Post, in partnership with the Vicksburg-Warren County Chamber of Commerce, will wrap up its inaugural Top 20 Under 40 community recognition campaign when voting ends Friday.
Designed to spotlight the rising leaders shaping Vicksburg’s future, the initiative began with an open call for nominations, ultimately generating a pool of nearly 200 young professionals across various industries.
Since voting opened April 25, the community has responded, casting more than 3,000 votes to help identify the standout individuals who best represent Vicksburg’s next generation of leadership. The voting period officially ends Friday, May 9, at midnight.
The final 20 honorees, selected by public vote, will be announced soon and recognized in a special publication and community celebration.
“This campaign reflects our continued commitment to celebrating local excellence, fostering civic pride, and amplifying the positive momentum happening in Vicksburg,” The Vicksburg Post Director of Businesses Development Justin Clarkston said.
