Warren County Board of Supervisors to approve bids for new jail at Monday’s regular meeting

The Warren County Board of Supervisors will hold a regular meeting on Monday, May 19. The agenda covers various requests for approvals and payments, including bids for the new jail (audio/video, network cabling), road materials, and a Day Cab Truck. Other items include contractor payments, advertising approvals, and acceptance of reports from the Culkin Fire District, Vicksburg Bridge Commission, and Chancery Clerk. Several salary and contract approvals are also included.

  • Request permission to award the Audio Video bid for new Jail to Ford Audio-Video Systems, LLC in the amount of $368,651.00
  • Request permission to award the Network Cabling bid for the Jail to McInnis Systems in the amount of $209,712.72
  • Request payment authorization to Entergy in the amount of $4,465.76 for the New Jail
