The City of Tallulah has announced the boil water advisory issued March 20 has been rescinded.

City officials said the original advisory was due to a faulty roof hatch on an elevated water tower, which has now been repaired.

Officials said customers of Tallulah Water Service, now operated by Magnolia Water UOC, may now resume normal water use and consumption.
