RAYMOND — Cameron Woodall, a former Tougaloo College basketball player, died in a four-wheeler crash in Raymond on June 7. He was 26 years old.

Interim Hinds County Coroner Jeremiah Howard said Woodall and another man were riding their ATVs on Midway Road near his home at approximately 11:30 p.m. According to family members, a tire blew out on Woodall’s ATV, and he lost control and collided with the other four-wheeler.

Woodall died on the scene, and the other rider was hospitalized for non-life-threatening injuries, according to the interim coroner.
