Jerry L. Stewart is promoted to specialist fifth class in the 412th Engineer Command. • Mr. and Mrs. Robert A. Cole announce the birth of a son, Joseph.

40 YEARS AGO: 1985

Mrs. Lillian Foster dies. • Preparations are underway for the ‘Learning Is For Their Tomorrow’ campaign sponsored by We Care Community Services.
