Summer is a fun time, and Vicksburg Living is looking for photos that highlight all the season has to offer.
These photos will be showcased in the submitted section of the magazine. Pictures can include boat rides on the lake, hanging out at the pool, sunning on the beach, vacation photos or any other good times being had during the summer months.
The turnaround time for the photos is short — June 24 — but it shouldn’t take long to email them to terri.frazier@vicksburgpost.com or you can message the Vicksburg Living Facebook page. Don’t forget to include the names of all the people in the photo. And if you haven’t noticed, sometimes our submitted photos make the cover of the magazine.

“From staying informed with local governmental issues to hearing the stories of its people, a hometown newspaper is vital to a community. I have felt privileged to be part of a dedicated team at The Post throughout my tenure and hope that with theirs and with local support, I will be able to continue to grow and hone in on my skills as I help share the stories in Vicksburg. When asked what I like most about my job, my answer is always ‘the people.’
