City of Tallulah warns customers of past-due sewage bills

City of Tallulah Mayor Charles Finlayson has announced Tallulah Sewer customers who have  delinquent sewer bills will have their water service disconnected due to the non- payment of their sewer bills.

“We currently have over 400 sewer customers who have not paid their sewer bills and are at least 60 days delinquent,” Finlayson said. “We have signed a contract with Magnolia Water who operates our water plant, to have Magnolia cut off water service for individuals who have not paid their sewer bill. What this means is, beginning July 16, 2025, customers who have delinquent sewer bills will have their water disconnected, even if they are current on their water bill. I am encouraging all sewer customers to pay their outstanding bills to avoid water service interruption and the reconnection fees.”

For sewer billing information, customers should contact 318-574-3162 for delinquent balance amounts.
