Vicksburg High sprinter Amiyah Hall was selected to the Mile Split track and field All-State girls first team in the 100 and 200 meters.

The rising junior won the 2025 MHSAA Class 6A championship in the 200 meters, with a time of 24.64 seconds. She finished second in the 100 meters, with a time of 12.01 seconds, and was also part of the Missy Gators’ 4×200 relay team that also finished second in 1:44.89.

Warren Central’s Adria Burrell, who won the Class 6A championship 100 meters in 11.93 seconds and was second to Hall in the 200, was also selected to the Mile Split All-State team. Burrell also finished second in the 400 meters.
