Two homes and one vehicle were a total loss from the fire and one other home and vehicle suffered damage, Lewis said. One of the homes lost in the fire was vacant and the other was occupied, he said.

Station 2 and Station 6 responded to the call with members of Central Station helping relieve them, and the fire was completely extinguished around 8 a.m., Lewis said. To his knowledge no one was injured in the fire.

The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
