Burglaries reported in the city

A car stereo and tools are missing following two burglaries reported Thursday in Vicksburg.

At 9 a.m. Thursday, a car stereo was reported stolen by forced entry from a 2001 Chevrolet Tahoe on the 1400 block of Sky Farm Avenue, Vicksburg police Capt. Sandra Williams said.

Also at 9 a.m. Thursday, Stanley laser level, Bosch hammer drill and a 14 inch metal chop saw were reported stolen from the 2000 block of North Frontage Road, Williams said. On that same block a 2004 Dodge Ram was reported damaged and rummaged through with nothing missing.
