Vicksburg District employee Barbara Hummard chooses an angel to sponsor at the tree kickoff Tuesday. With 200 angels to sponsor this year, the Vicksburg District is the largest contributor to the Salvation Army’s annual charity event. Other angel tree locations are radio station River 101, St. Aloysius High School, First Presbyterian Church, the downtown AmSouth Bank branch, Isle of Capri casino, Tyson Food Inc., Serenity Floral, Mississippi River Commission and Pemberton Square mall.
