Paramedics load Isaac Branch, 69, 1701 South St., into an ambulance after he was knocked from his motorized wheelchair by a car at Clay and Second North streets just after 8 Wednesday morning. He was treated and released from ParkView Regional Medical Center, a hospital spokesman said. Lt. David Beard of the Vicksburg Police Department said the collision happened as Debra Lee, 40, 405 Timberland Place, who was driving south on Second North Street, attempted to turn east onto Clay.
