Johnny F. Anderson

Johnny F. Anderson died Saturday, Dec. 4, 2004, at his home. He was 55.

Born in Bolton, Mr. Anderson had been a longtime resident of Vicksburg. He was a graduate of H.V. Cooper High School, Hinds Junior College and the University of Mississippi. He was a member of Southside Baptist Church.

He was preceded in death by his father, Leroy Anderson Sr.; and a granddaughter, Amelia Rose Anderson.

Survivors include his wife, Evelyn V. Anderson of Vicksburg; two sons, Johnny L. Anderson and Brian H. Anderson, both of Vicksburg; his mother, Mary F. Anderson of Vicksburg; a sister, Louise Harmon of Vicksburg; a brother, Leroy Anderson Jr. of Texas; nieces and nephews; and other relatives, including Diane Pettway of Vicksburg.

A memorial service will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Riles Funeral Home with the Revs. Elijah Brown and Caley Nichols officiating.

Memorials may be made to a favorite charity.

Charles Louis White

EPPS Charles Louis White died Friday, Dec. 3, 2004, at his home in Epps. He was 84.

Mr. White was a native of Hickory.

He is survived by his wife, Faye Corley White; two daughters, Mary Ann Adams of Oak Grove and Rhonda Wardell of Baton Rouge; a stepson, Clyde Corley of Epps; two brothers, Billy White of Kenner, La., and Cecil White of St. Joseph; two sisters, Maggie Pee of Gilbert, La., and Annie Pruitt of Lake Charles, La; six grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; four stepgrandchildren; and one stepgreat-grandchild.

Services were at 2 p.m. Sunday at Cox Funeral Home in Delhi with the Revs. Donnie Linson and Lee Piercy officiating. Burial followed at Memorial Park Cemetery in Lake Providence.

Pallbearers were Luther Jones, Jimmy White, Fred Adams, Brian Travis, Walter Wardell and Kyle Wardell.
