Matthew Breazeale has joined The Vicksburg Post as a staff reporter.

A native of Durant, Breazeale attended Kosciusko High School, where he was a reporter and advertising representative on the school newspaper for two years.

He has a bachelor’s degree in journalism from Delta State University, where he was staff reporter and account executive with the school newspaper, the Delta Statement, for three years. While at DSU he studied print media, literary writing and French.

Breazeale has worked as a reporter for The Star Herald newspaper in Kosciusko, for three years.
