The Old Court House Museum is seen though an ice-covered windshield this morning after overnight temperatures dropped into the low 20s. The forecast calls for a low of 23 tonight and warming up only into the mid-50s Tuesday before more clouds roll in, bringing a chance of showers Tuesday night and early Wednesday, according to the National Weather Service.
