Mr. and Mrs. Michael L. Humphries announce the engagement of their daughter, Megan Michelle of Vicksburg, to Will Sanders. Mr. Sanders is the son of Harold and Beverly Sanders of Vicksburg.

Miss Humphries is the granddaughter of Alvin and Kathryn Newell of McComb and the late Levoyd and Elizabeth Humphries of Decatur, Ala.

Mr. Sanders is the grandson of the late H.W. and Lillie Sanders and Mr. and Mrs. W.A. Byrd of Vicksburg.

The bride-elect is a 2006 graduate of Vicksburg High School, where she was a six-year member of the Gator soccer team. She has attended Hinds Community College and East Mississippi Junior College.

Miss Humphries is an administrative assistant at Magnolia Estates of Vicksburg.

The prospective groom is a 1997 graduate of Warren Central High School. He attended Hinds Community College and is a small-engine technician with The Home Depot.

The wedding will be at 6 p.m. Oct. 13, 2012, at Wilsonwood Lodge. A reception will follow. All relatives and friends are invited to attend.
